AI bookings for padel clubs.
The club’s assistant answers your players inside the app and takes the booking on its own: it reads the real calendar, proposes the slot, charges and confirms — at three in the afternoon or eleven at night, with nobody at the club replying.
It answers the phone when nobody else can.

A padel club’s front desk is a conversation
In practice, a padel club’s sales channel is a chat: people ask "got a court Thursday at 9?" and expect an answer within minutes. When the answer takes two hours, that booking went to the club next door — and it shows up in no report, because it never existed.
Repe’s assistant closes that gap from inside the app. It is wired to the club’s real calendar, so it never offers a taken slot or promises something the front desk has to undo later. It takes the booking, charges it and files it like any other — against balance, membership or a package, without splitting the payment in two — and the player never notices they talked to an AI.
Every conversation is also stored and measured. You can see how many enquiries came in, how many turned into bookings, and which slots people keep asking for that you don’t have — information that used to disappear into an unread chat.
Assistant FAQ
Where does the assistant answer?
In the club’s profile inside the Repe app. Players message it there and it books without you replying by hand.
Can I read and answer the conversations myself?
Yes. Every conversation shows up in the club panel and you can jump in at any time; the assistant hands over control when you do.
What if someone asks something unusual?
If it can’t resolve it from the club’s information, it hands the conversation to a person instead of improvising an answer.
How does it charge for bookings?
It sends the payment link, records the charge against the player’s balance, or draws down a package or membership — the same charging model the front desk uses.
Does it also connect to Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Beyond the player-facing assistant, the club can connect over MCP to Claude or ChatGPT and ask its own data questions: occupancy, revenue, top members and soft slots.
Want to try the assistant on your club?
We’ll wire it to your club’s hours and pricing so you can see how it answers.
