Why a padel club needs more than a spreadsheet

Most padel clubs start with a notebook, move to a shared spreadsheet and end up with three people answering the same WhatsApp. It works until there are two more courts, a tournament on the weekend and fifteen monthly memberships.

Repe replaces that chain with a single grid. If a court is taken, it is taken for everyone: the front desk, the player booking through the link and the AI assistant. Payments live in the same place — memberships, class packs, account credit — so the day closes with no guesswork.

Booking FAQ

Do my players need an app to book?

No. The club gets a public link showing real availability, and players book from their phone browser. The Repe app is optional and mostly used to watch match videos.

Can I charge for the booking up front?

Yes. You can take a deposit or the full amount at booking time, charge at the desk, or bill it against the player’s balance. Each club sets its own policy.

How do memberships and standing slots work?

You schedule the slot once — say Tuesdays at 8pm for three months — and the system blocks the court, generates the fee and notifies the players. If a date lands on a holiday you drop it without breaking the rest.

A member missed a lesson — do I still charge it?

You decide. A membership can be charged lesson by lesson or by the full month, and both count toward the same month. If the slot comes out of a lesson package, the unused lesson goes back to the player automatically when you take them off the slot.

If I change a membership’s price, do my old slots change too?

No. The slot already on the calendar owns its own price: the change applies from here on, and slots already played and paid stay as they were. No retroactive surprises on the member’s account.

What happens if I overcharge?

Nothing strange. The system never rejects a payment or inflates the total: the surplus is recorded and visible, but the debt doesn’t grow and no credit you didn’t ask for appears.

How do I track what each player owes?

Every player has a running account. What’s paid, what’s on a tab and what’s still due show in different colors, and you can settle several debts with a single payment even when it doesn’t come out exact: the shortfall is written off without inflating the account.

Does it work if I also have tennis or football courts?

Yes. Repe is built for padel clubs, but the same grid handles tennis, football and basketball. Each sport has its own courts, pricing and programs.

Can I migrate the bookings I already have?

Yes. We import members, memberships and the live calendar from your spreadsheet or current system before you go live.

Want to see it on your club?

Tell us how many courts you have and we’ll show you the grid loaded with your own schedule and pricing.
