No. The court grid is the club’s single source of truth and everything reads from it: the assistant queries the same calendar as the front desk, the cameras know which booking each match belongs to, and charges come off the same balance. That is why the assistant never offers a slot that is taken. Pricing, policies and caps stay yours to set.

There is a single all-inclusive plan, priced by the number of courts. No à-la-carte modules and no per-feature charges: bookings, payments, cameras, streaming and the player app are all in it. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll price it for your club.

No. Bookings, payments, tournaments and the AI assistant work without cameras. AI recording is a layer you add when the club wants it, installed court by court.

Not to book: the club gets a public link showing real availability, and players book from their phone browser. The Repe app is optional and used to watch recorded matches, save the best points and share them.

Every dollar stays tied to the player who made it. A payment settles one thing and never splits in two, so the day’s cash reconciles. A membership is charged by lesson or by month —both count toward the same month— and changing its price never rewrites slots already played. A lesson package uses one per booking and gives the lesson back if the player misses. And every player has a running account: what’s paid, what’s on a tab and what’s still due each show in a different color.

Days, not months. We load your courts, hours, pricing and active memberships together, and the club goes live with its booking link. Camera installation is scheduled separately, whenever the club wants it.
