The booking system for sports clubs.
One grid with every court. Your players book on their own from the app.
- Every sport at the club on the same grid.

Ditch the booking notebook.
Whatever is booked at the desk, in the app or with the assistant lands in the same place.
A grid that’s the single source of truth
Every court and slot in one view. If a slot is taken, it’s taken for the front desk, the staff assistant and the players’ app at once —they all read the same calendar, so double bookings are over.
Balance and packages that draw down on their own
Every player has a balance. Sell a 10-lesson package and each lesson given draws down on its own, with nobody counting by hand; a no-show isn’t charged, and taking them off the slot gives the lesson back.
Memberships that don’t rewrite the past
The standing Tuesday 8pm slot is scheduled once and repeats. Change the price and it applies from here on: slots already played and paid stay as they were, with no retroactive surprises on the member’s account.
One payment, one row —and it’s clear who owes
Cash, transfer, card or Mercado Pago. Every peso stays tied to the booking or product it settles. What’s paid, what’s on a tab and what’s still due each get their own color, so who owes what stops being an argument.
Automatic reminders
The club confirms bookings, schedule changes and cancellations instantly. Fewer empty courts from a slot nobody confirmed.
Occupancy and revenue
What you billed, which slots run soft and who your best members are. Your club’s numbers, updated on their own.
The fixed slot is set up once.
Load Tuesday at 20:00 for three months and the system blocks the court and raises each month’s fee. If a date lands on a holiday, drop it without breaking the rest.
- Charge per class or for the whole month
- A price change never touches what was already charged
- Holidays and suspensions without redoing the membership
Every player’s account, up to date.
Packages, memberships, slots on the tab and payments in one place. One payment can settle several debts, oldest first.
- Class packs that draw down on their own
- Cash, transfer, card or balance
- What is still owed, in plain sight
The grid runs on a message too.
The front desk messages the assistant on WhatsApp: "move Ruiz’s membership to Thursday", "block court 2 on Saturday morning", "add Paz to the 7pm slot". It works on the same grid and asks for your ok before touching anything that already exists.
- Books, moves and cancels slots
- Changes memberships without touching what was charged
- Everyone with their role’s permissions
How it goes live
You load your club
Courts, opening hours, pricing per time band, coaches and programs, from the panel or by asking the assistant.
You share the club link
A single address for your players: they see real availability and book from their phone, with nothing to install.
The club runs itself
Bookings come in, payments get recorded, reminders go out. The front desk handles exceptions instead of data entry.
Why a club needs more than a spreadsheet
Most sports clubs start with a notebook, move to a shared spreadsheet and end up with three people answering the same WhatsApp. It works until there are two more courts, a tournament on the weekend and fifteen monthly memberships.
Repe replaces that chain with a single grid. If a court is taken, it is taken for everyone: the front desk, the staff asking the assistant on WhatsApp and the player booking in the app. Payments live in the same place — memberships, class packs, account credit — so the day closes with no guesswork.
Booking FAQ
Do my players need an app to book?
Yes. They book in the Repe app, on the club’s profile: they see the free slots and confirm the booking. The club link takes them straight to the app.
Can I charge for the booking up front?
Yes. If you load your bank details, an app booking asks for the transfer receipt; otherwise you charge at the desk or bill it against the player’s balance.
How do memberships and standing slots work?
You schedule the slot once — say Tuesdays at 8pm for three months — and the system blocks the court and generates the fee. If a date lands on a holiday you drop it without breaking the rest.
A member missed a lesson — do I still charge it?
You decide. A membership can be charged lesson by lesson or by the full month, and both count toward the same month. If the slot comes out of a lesson package, the unused lesson goes back to the player automatically when you take them off the slot.
If I change a membership’s price, do my old slots change too?
No. The slot already on the calendar owns its own price: the change applies from here on, and slots already played and paid stay as they were. No retroactive surprises on the member’s account.
What happens if I overcharge?
Nothing strange. The system never rejects a payment or inflates the total: the surplus is recorded and visible, but the debt doesn’t grow and no credit you didn’t ask for appears.
How do I track what each player owes?
Every player has a running account. What’s paid, what’s on a tab and what’s still due show in different colors, and you can settle several debts with a single payment, which clears the oldest first.
Does it work for any sport?
Yes. The same grid handles padel, tennis, football, pickleball or whatever the club has: each sport with its own courts, pricing and programs.
